The IEC Parts Department will process orders that have to do with a warranty repair and replacement part(s). Please continue to process your equipment order(s) as usual as this process has not changed.

However, in order to ensure you are provided accurate information, please provide “one” of the following items: equipment model number, serial number, your PO number, job name, or part number at the time of your call or included in your email request for assistance.
It is our intent to provide you with a more direct way to do business with IEC. We at IEC understand that if you are contacting us about a part, your need is immediate. Our Parts Department is intended to suit that need. We have established processes to provide a faster response time for you and your customer.
How do I place my part(s) order?
Beginning March 3, 2008, please begin sending all warranty and replacement part order(s) to the IEC Parts Department via fax to 405-605-5196 or by email to parts@iecokc.com. If you would like to receive an email order acknowledgement, please include an email address. IEC Parts Department strongly encourages our customers to use Parts Order Transmittal when placing your order. By using this form it will allow us to process your order quickly with all necessary information on the order. Part orders that require next day air (NDA) shipment must be submitted to Jarita by1p.m. CST. If an order was placed to originally ship “best way” and needs to change to ship NDA, please contact Jarita via email or phone by 1p.m. CST.
