IEC Parts Department is Ready to Take Your Order
MARCH 2008 - IEC is proud to annouce that beginning March 3, 2008 all warranty and replacement part orders will be processed through the IEC Parts Department. Our goal in the Parts Department is to provide you wih the most accurate and timely information regarding your replacement and warranty needs. You can turn to us to help you find what you need, and get it when you need it. Here are some FAQ's to help you with this transition.

Who’s, who in the IEC Parts Department?
Your IEC Parts Customer Service Representative is Jarita Fuston. Jarita can help you with your part(s) order status, pricing and part(s) number research. You can reach Jarita by phone at 866-432-7278 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday CST, or via email at partscustomerservice@iecokc.com.

Your IEC Service Parts Supervisor is David Mogseth. David can help you with shipping information, pricing and part number research. You can reach David by phone at 405-917-9447 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday CST, or via email at partscustomerservice@iecokc.com.

Your IEC Director, Aftermarket Parts is Kathy Prince. Contact Kathy regarding pricing and multiplier questions or concerns, part stocking program(s), parts inventory, customer complaints and all other general questions regarding the IEC Parts Department. You can reach Kathy at 405-917-9403 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday CST, or via email at partscustomerservice@iecokc.com. 

Why do I have to call a different CSR for part information?
It is our intent to provide you with a more direct way to do business with IEC. We at IEC understand that if you are contacting us about a part, your need is immediate. Our Parts Department is intended to suit that need. We have established processes to provide a faster response time for you and your customer.

What type of order do I send to the IEC Parts Department?
The IEC Parts Department will process orders that have to do with a warranty repair and replacement part(s). Please continue to process your equipment order(s) as usual as this process has not changed. 

Where do I go to research a part or check price and availability?
Please contact Jarita, David or myself with all your part questions. However, in order to ensure you are provided accurate information, please provide one of the following items: equipment model number, serial number, your PO number, job name, or part number at the time of your call or included in your email request for assistance.

How do I place my part(s) order?
Beginning March 3, 2008, please begin sending all warranty and replacement part order(s) to the IEC Parts Department via fax to 405-917-9775 or by email to parts@iecokc.com. If you would like to receive an email order acknowledgement, please include an email address. IEC Parts Department strongly encourages our customers to use Parts Order Transmittal when placing your order. Using this form will allow us to process your order quickly with all necessary information on the order.  Part orders that require next day air (NDA) shipment must be submitted to Jarita by 1 p.m. CST. If an order was placed to originally ship “best way” and needs to change to ship NDA, please contact Jarita via email or phone by 1 p.m. CST.
