The Mega Mod is an expansion of the Modular product line to 2,000 CFM. The Modular Hi-Rise fan coil product family is perfect for either new construction or retrofit replacement markets for low- and high-rise applications. These units are designed with easy field configurations to risers, condensate drain, outdoor air, electrical, and supply air openings.
IEC is the only fan coil manufacturer that currently offers this size of unit to contractors as a standard unit product offering. The units range in size from 1,400 through 2,000 nominal CFM. Mega Mods can be designed for all types of systems, including 4-pipe, 2-pipe heat/cool, 2-pipe with auxiliary electric heat or 2-pipe with total electric heat.
The Mega Mod uses the same replacement parts as IEC's standard modular high-rise units (MPY). IEC has made purchasing replacement parts even easier with a quick turnaround parts department and online parts lookup.
